Administration Support Trainee

We require the applicant to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications before commencement of the Traineeship. The trainee position will involve the following, but not limited to:
• Answering both incoming and internal calls and directing them appropriately
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Processing customer orders and payments.
· Providing support to the Internal Sales Team and assisting with other tasks as required.
